‘Standing Firm’, one of the latest music scores I worked on, is available now on DVD.
It’s been an extreme pleasure crafting the musical signature for this excellent film by writer, producer, and director Kyle Prohaska. The soundtrack from the film should be available later on this year.

I really like “Cheers.” This score reminds me of Newman’s “Cinderella Man.” The same breathy simplicity. A very filmic feel.

(Yet it’s also original… the mix of percussion and orchestra, with the solo… flute?.. quite distinctive.)

And yes, that solo instrument is a flute. You have good ears, picking up the very faint percussive tones.
